TOPIC: bow light cover needed... where to hunt?

I came across the bow light i want for my boat, but it's missing the cover from the top. i'd like to avoid making one, but i'm having a hell of a time finding one. any thoughts?

finding the optional burgee pole that mounted there might be easier than finding the cover. they show up on evilbay occasionally.

i was meaning the cover, not the pole, to be exact.

Lot of times you can find an old bow light Thats in bad shape that has one and you also get a spare set of lens's

^^ That is the best way to get ahold of one. I've got a couple of that particular model in my 'collection' in varying conditions, let me go down today and see what I've got in the parts pile.

I checked ebay, but didn't see that one. Thanks for the link! I searched for bow light, vintage boat parts, etc etc. What did you search to come up with that?

as far as the pole goes, i just don't know. i've got a 1962 Sea King and i was looking to give it styling similar to an early 60's muscle car... low back bucket seats, lots of chrome, etc. i'm not sure how the pole would fit in with that. i'm definetly game to give it a shot, but i'm not going to spend a bunch of money buying one off of ebay just to find out that it's not for me. have any of you got pictures of the pole on your boat? i'd love to get some ideas!
