The Florida Glasspar Club did have around 20 vintage fiberglass Glasspar boats on display at Mt.Dora last year and plans on attending once again this comming year. There are always other fiberglassics at this show as well as hundreds of other boats of every discription. Mt. Dora now known as The Sunnyland Antique Boat Festival is now the largest antique boat show in the United States with tens of thousands of people attending and hundreds of antique boats of all kinds on display. It is a must see if you love old boats.

We were told that there is not enough room. Of course this is the year I have my Amphi down there. That fabulous boat show is one of the reasons we bought a house on Lake Harris (Tavares). Seeing those wonderful boats go through the Dora Canal is worth the trip alone. The quality, the craftsmanship...breath taking. It truly is a must go to event.
