TOPIC: anyone for an ORIGINAL TexasMaid w/Mercury 700

friends,

i've been offered an ORIGINAL & in GREAT shape 1961 Texas Maid Fiesta with a GREAT Cloud White mercury 700 w/full gearshift on a 1961 trailer.

this is NOT a restoration. it is a ONE-owner boat/motor/trailer that has been stored inside, since it was new 51 years ago.

as i am NOT interested (i've got more than one project currently), i thought i'd tell our folks about it.- 1500 bucks for all.

Now if you watch the video of the one posted from Boerne TX it starts out with an Evinrude on the back, then has the Merc 700 on it,... then at the end it again had the Rude on the back

Makes one think the Merc must have problems

One can tell when one goes to look at the boat for it will have had holes drilled in it to mount the Evinrude there forth making it NOT all original
