The Wasp listed on the Glassifieds here is I believe a 1958. In 1957 the Wasp was a single seater. This was the only year they made a single seater. I have the factory borchure in front of me ( I wish I knew how to scan an post it ) but here is what is sez.
The 13 foot Golden Wasp a sensation at all the 1957 boat shows. and featured in the national magazines during the last year, the Wasp has been altered to provide two upholstered seats for 1958 to augment its otherwise outstanding contouring and performance.
Here is a picture of a 57 single. That I bought from Larry Chase in 02.

2002 .. I remember that day well. I am glad that the 1957 Wasp is in your hands Del! On the other hand, if you ever decide to sell it, I would be most interested in buying it back!!! Plus the Load King trailer

. Yet at the rate I go on restoring boats, it would still be sitting in the back of the warehouse ... along with the other six project boats.

Del, hopefully I will get to see that Wasp all tricked-out someday, by one of the best boat guys out there ... YOU.

Which came first - the Wizard Wasp or the True-Ski?

I have a Princecraft splash that I got from Ephrem (remember Ephrem Desjardins?) a few years back - does anybody have any literature on the Princecraft to date it?

Kind of. I had it painted twice because of a not up to par job the first round.
