Heli-Bout walk around video.

Here is the elusive creature on display at Dort Mall, 3600 S. Dort Highway, Flint, MI.



Believe it or not, the hull is solid wood covered with a fiberglassed light oz. weave cloth and painted over. Same for most of the fin parts.

The rubrail is red rubber and end caps are of wood.

Looking at the prop and lower unit, it seems someone took this out on the water at one time. (!!!!)

Is the boat on display for a limited time? I drive through Flint once in a while and would definitely stop to see it.

Permanent display. The guy who owns the Dort Mall also owns Odd Lots and other national chain stores. The Heli-Bout and many, many of his other items are there on display for free. 3600 S. Dort Highway, Flint.
