TOPIC: what kind of runabout do we have

we bought this boat and are almost done restoring it.

major transom rot.

but we can't seem to find out what kind it is. the registration says it's an OMC, but we can't find any other like this. no tags on the boat

but it does have a molded anchor on the bow

i have included some pictures to help

it's 14 ft long

From the windshield back it almost looks like a Custom Craft Sea Ray nowhale. (The molded anchor in the bow doesn't fit that though, I don't think). Have you got any more pics, any details in the sides, hull construction from the stern, etc..?

She is NOT an OMC boat.

I checked my 1960, 1964 and 1966 Winner Boats brochures. I do not see anything in those brochures that resembles this particular boat.

Irregardless of what she is, you are doing a great job bringing her back to life. I'm sure you'll have a fantastic boat when you're done. Please keep sending in the pics. Seeing what others are doing helps us all stay motivated and gives us ideas on things we may like to try next.
