hey guys found this thing while doing some cleaning in my delmar, seems to have a pull ring on each end and is 6" long X 1 1/2ish"(yes that's the exact size lol) wide, I really didn't want to pull it and find out first hand ( can just see that now, pull-pull-tug.... huh well must not worrrrr-k oh crap its a flare!!!! L.O.L.)
