i have for sale, one 1955 outboard, originally listed at 249.95 brand new, there were only 10's of thousands of these made, so its rare. the motor worked great the last time i used it....1977 i think. May need pistons, coils, points etc etc. its rusty but for $600, its a steal! (small crack in the block, but it shouldnt affect performance). there will be many people interested at this price, so it may turn into an auction, with a $600 minimum bid.).

Yeah, but that's CANADIAN money- So about a decade ago it would have been a great deal! With exchange rates these days, Not so much

gee, it's rusty, I didn't know aluminum rusted! Must be one of them special steel motors.

Well, it's the cracked block that makes it so special. And, it ran fine... 34 years ago! What a deal.

Well I pulled the trigger and bought it today . It now sits next to my Title for the Golden Gate Bridge ..I picked that bridge up for Only $10,000 ..Boy you can find some Great Seals on the net .Theres this Nice African Fellow who wants to Share his dead fauthers money with me .All he needed was my Personal banking information ..When that 10 million gets here Im buying Alot of boats ..
