well, 3 years ago I made a mistake and sold one of my first boats and missed it every day since. While not glass, a old old boat for sure. At last after much begging I caught him needing some fast cash. My 1960 Alumnacraft is back home. She looks tired but still runs. He never used it much and it sat more than any thing. But she's back home in the fleet, the first Nancy Christine. Photo 2007

Back Home After cleaning out some leaves Tired, wood rotten but rebuild able dash and deck.

This lill girl will flat out fly..... One reason I have missed her so much. It's fun to drive like a VW is fun to drive.

We seldom get to rectify a former mistake. Good job heather. I hope it didn't cost to much work in the end. I once had a 74 Ford Pinto wagon with a modified carb, exhaust and some secret cam timing work I performed. The suspension was hand made by me too. Don't say a little 2000 cc German built Ford motor would not haul. I burnt a chebbie V-8 327 with it. I sold it and the guy wrecked it with'in a week. It lived again but I had so much tweaking work I'd done it broke my heart. It would turn tires over in third gear. Talk about fun. It had oversize radial tires to and it went around turns like it was on rails. I had it for almost 6 years.

\"too soon old,too late smart\" my pap

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.“
