TOPIC: Tubing on Chautauqua Lake

Hang on to your hats folks, it's a bumpy ride...

My son Max took this 35 second video of his brother Billy. Kids haven't been in tubes for probably 15 years, and this was the first time out with the new tube, ladder install and hydraulic steering. The greatest thing was the ease with which I could whip these kids around and not even notice any effort steering. It's like this is what the old Power Cat was made to do - it immediately took all the wake waves around us better, got right up and pulled the kids (27 and 30, and 170 and 200#s) with no problem. The old merc has been under some load, but probably nothing like this. We did about 45 minutes, it was all the kids could take. Last turn was Max, and we got up to 25mph. Man o man, did we all ever have a blast!

That Merc looks great,PC. These on the water movies/pics will get me through the winter.keep em comin' I got to get me a better camera .lol

Thanks Jim! Man, we had a ball, between the kids enjoying the tube, their grins when I would turn around and get them made my day. Can't wait to get her out again. That 48 year old merc just a keeps on runnin...
