What started out to be a weeklong project ended up taking MONTHS as I made changes enroute. I sectioned, shortened and readjusted. I eliminated the center drain and added corner drains. I adjusted and readjusted numerous times to accomodate the existing trim castings. I built up the corners to add the corner drains and make them meet the transom. Would I have done it if i'd known how long it would take? Maybe.... but I doubt it!

Splashwells are the hardest part of a boat to repair. They always need work, too. From the looks, the result was worth the effort!
