Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. ITs sketchy but I got a set of stickers for my Utility Racer from WI and a Registration so... My Identity felt squeemish after using this site I warn you, there doesnt seem to be any security to speak of. Good Luck!

a thread down south Maybe Louisana / Mississippi , but the service
wanted about $240 ,I believe... This Wis may be the state with NO
Title... OUR TENN is Bill of Sale, sort of easy there ,9 1/2 % sales tax, so make sure the boat is old...!
