TOPIC: help identify this boat

I recently picked up this boat from someone who inherited it. He says it is a 1961 sears viking but i cannot find any info on this model. I also cannot find a hull id number on the boat. on the title it is registered as 1961 viking 14'L 69"W with hull id 248712-248713. The only real distinctive features are two chrome V trim pieces on the back of the tail fins. any help would be appreciated.

Wow, more photos will definitely help. Try poking around in the boat for a manufacturer's id tag or any other information.

I looked at the same boat awhile back. You won't find any HIN # on it anywhere. I believe it is from 60 - 62 sears. Not sure of the model name. You will be best just to register it the same under your name or you will be opening a can of worms you may not like. Been there done that here in NE. Good luck.
