Any you folks got a steering wheel I could beg, borrow or steal (or even pay for...) you don't need that would fit a modern hydraulic system like this one ( www.lowcostboatingstore.com/TELEFLEX-HK4200A-BAYSTAR-HDY-STEERING-KIT_p_150.html ) that would look nifty in my '62 Power Cat 14T?

There's plenty of selection on ebay, just depends how much you want to spend! LOL
Come to think of it, I have one at the house that looks similar to the bottom listing, you can have it for the cost of shipping Frank. It does have a small spot where it got to close to a heat source, melted the grip in a small area. Let me know.

Neil, I have this one mounted on my throttle control, and it's very easy to use with my thumb.

Well, enjoy the RC show Jesse. I need to work on our lawn tractor when I get home, and/or install our new transom ladder on the Power Cat. I have a feeling it's gonna be the lawn tractor because there's a good chance we're gonna get some weather, and I was smart this morning and moved the lawn tractor in the the garage space I normally park my truck in. Plus I have AC in the garage... I need to figure out why that baby won't start.

Unfortunately, when I asked the dude I bought the new steering system from, all he told me was that it needed a tapered 3/4" shaft. He failed to tell me it also requires an "equidistant spoke" steering wheel, like these: www.cpperformance.com/m-62-uflex.aspx?pagenum=4

So Neil, this means when I get that wheel from you I'll be sending it back with a check to cover the postage you paid to send it. Sorry, but don't know what else to do.

Looks like I'll be buying new I guess.
