I/O Boats have plugs in the hulls correct?

I friend of my wifes, husband runs an auto repair shop...he mentioned to her that there was boat behind his shop that I might be interested in. We went to the 4H fair in our area and parked at this shop, so I had to walk out back and see what was there.
(hoping for something good)
I saw two boats..a blue one and a I/O boat in the back corner...so I checked out the I/O ,the motor was submerged in water....so imagine the rest..
I asked the guy laster that night at the pulls about that one?
said he had to empty out earlier this year...i said the plus hole must be plug'd he said there wasn't one?

sad thing the boat looked to have nice potential too...back to back bucket seats like they used in the GT (course couldn't tell the shape of the interior).

so do I/O boats have plugs? to drain the hull? I'm guessing yes.
sad to see that boat sitting ther like that :(

PS:
and i may have to go back and see what the blue boat was he wanted me to look at....

A lot ! an easy 80 gallons, then not to mention the motor is under water, which is probably junk now, and not too mention the interior...

i told wife to tell the person that there should be a plug and should drain the water out of it, even though its not his...
1- trailer will sink if it hasn't already 2- if stays filled like that and it freezes? oh boy...

may have to go back and look at it a bit closer..might be able to score it cheap in current condition....haha
