TOPIC: 60's Aristocraft Funliner windsheild

Hey guys I'm looking at an early 60's Funliner hardtop thats complete except for the windsheild.The frame is there. Does anyone know if is glass, lexan, or plexi? I know it has quite a bit of curve to it. Any info would be a great help. Thanks.

I have a 1959 Funliner .Its not glass Im thinking plexi but not sure .They are prone to cracking mine has a few small spots . Some people called the windshields the Bubble of death ...L.O.L...If you find 2 good ones send me one ..Its a very nice boat thow . They handle well and seem huge inside Pluss very little wood to rot out just a little in the transom buts its fairly easy to replace .

I have two of these, both 1964 with "good" windsheilds but show alot of ... fine not really cracks more like stress spidering?? almost crazing I think its a plexy product. Where are you located Ghost? I am only going to need one of the two.

Great big space in there! Cant wait to get one of them going :-D going to have a 1968 Merc 1250 with PT&T on it.
