Has anyone had the experience of piggy-backing one trailer on the top of another for the purpose of transporting it?
I need to pick up my newly purchased 50's TeeNee trailer, and I am thinking of moving it on top of my newer model trailer.

I have done that before and it works great. The hard/tricky part is getting it onto the other trailer and supported/balance correctly.

Yup, several times. Was simple when I had overhead lifting points and chain hoists to lift up one trailer, then roll the other one under it and lower the hanging one.

I used a 4" x 4" timber on the tongues to support the upper one. Strapped her all down and away I went.

And nope, I do not have any pictures.

I recently picked up the exact same trailer but unfortunately I have not had it weighed/registered let along cleaned up and painted yet. I would doubt that it would weigh more than 200 lbs....although with bigger wheels and those monster fenders I could be wrong.
