TOPIC: Just bought a 1965 Bellboy voyager

Just bought a 1965 Bellboy voyager 13 years 4 months ago #33396

Just bought a 1965 Bellboy Voyage with a 100 Johnson. Runs well and in not too bad of shape. Dont have any info on the boat at all and would like to do some restoration. If anybody has any ideas where to get information manuals or interior pictures that would be appreciated!

Welcome aboard Roadkrider. Very nice Bell Boy but not a 1965.More like 1957,'58.They were manufactured here in Bellingham. We have a '57 16'Express somewhere. They are very similar to our '58 Skagit 20 offshore.

Im sure you are right. This boat has no manual or any literature at all so we are going on what we are told. Can you help me find or get pictures of the interior as it was originally or pictures of a restored one. We are going to spend some time on her but not sure what the end product should look like! Thanks for the help.

Welcome aboard!

Most boat manufacturers did not print owner's manauals. You should be able to find brochures and owner's manuals for the outboard motor.

www.old-omc.de has brochures for Johnson and Evinrude. Find the serial numebr and model number of the motor and use them to determine the year.
