Legal action has been taken against Jeremy D Morris for "Specific performance of contract. Case number C-28081 filed in Tarrant county Justice Of The Peace Precinct 3. This in reference to the 1959 Shark boat he placed on E-bay. Anybody thinking about purchasing this boat should be aware that it may not be his to sell. Attorney James Bartholomew tried a very similar case in Wisconsin. He was successful and the seller was forced to retrieve the boat and ship it to the E-bay purchaser. We will see what happens.
