You might also like to contact these people. Nothing listed for a Stude but they have helped me out many times with requests that they do not show in thier catalogs.

Looks like yours is coming along ..Least you got to get yours wet already ...L.O.L...To bad your in AZ and Im in WI . We could have a Large Delmar Rally of like 2 boats .. There is one in IL that I know of and another fellow on here I think .Anybody else got a Curved Windshield Delmar ?? Anybody know of how many were Built ??
Everybody that has seen mine thinks its a pretty cool boat . When I was coming back from WY with mine soon as I crossed into MN a guy wanted to buy it from me .I told him how far I had gone to get it and it would cost him his left arm and a Family Jewel to talk me out of it . He didnt want to part with neither ...L.O.L..

Last year when I was on the water... guess what.. The huddled around the ol delmar... LOL Ya I wish there was production records... I know of only 2 other 1959 Delmars Unrestored.. I owned one of them before mine that I have now... They are hard to find... I was lucky didn't have to get into the floor or transom .. I don't envy that!!! What color are you going?

Color for me is a hard choice .Im restoring a 1956 Chevy step side shorty that will be my tow truck .Its lowered 5 inchs and body will be mostly stock besides the wheels .I was going to go with Tropical Torquise on both .That color flip flops between Torquise and Robins egg blue depending on light .Then I thought thats gonna be like almost 40 foot of torquise going down the road .L.O.L...A bit much .So I kinda blended up my own color .In lower sunlight it looks kinda like Sour Apple green and in direct sunlight Key Lime green .Ill use the green on the top with white on the sides with a green strip pattern im working on .Then ill paint the trailer the Truck torquise color .This is assuming I dont change my mind a 1/2 a dozen times while Im working on the transom ..Mine has the wood on the sides that I finished in a light cherry it should look nice against that green .My goal is by July 4th .My City has a Big party in the park on the water .

My delmar had alot of water under the floor so I guess I will have to do the full works job on that one. I think the fact people flock to see the del mar is cool. I like my delmar as it sits right now. A new floor and transom and it will solid. Cherry wood interior for me...My window is staying in place. I cant wait to see more del mar's in the water, Im currently slowly working on my g3, Mike
