Cleaning up really well... so should I go black or white and red..... and will a black hard top look ok on a white and red Aristocraft...

Hmmmm, not sure, may want to photoshop the colors and see how it looks. I would be worried about a Black top though. Bake you to death during the hot summer sun, just my two cents.

P.S. did those Empire emblems ever work out?

I havent gotten to them again yet it was too cold to try over the winter I plan to give it a go soon... going to make them so they can be Riveted in place I think. The tabs that were on the original seem too hard to replicate and too delicate... I will keep you posted.

What one do you think I should fix the white one is in better shape really but the black shure is neat looking.

is the hull transom and floor in better shape on the white and red?
would you be able to swap out the deck and hardtop easy enough?
definitely take the best of the best as far as hardware etc...from the 2 boats to make 1
I think a white hull and deck with the black hard top would be cool. You do have a ventilating hatch on the fwd deck in front of the windshield. Paint the inside of the black hard top white.
White black and red would also be cool.
15 or 20 inch transom?

I was thinking the white black and red with the black hard top, the white and red is in alot better shape no holes in the dash the transom was never cut down just needs a new core, floors and seats are in good shape just needs new cushion and ply backing, both have good windsheilds and front hatches ect. I will keep you posted.

Turns out I really like the way the black top looks on the white and red boat. Especially because the interior of the top is red also.
