TOPIC: I just can,t say no.

okay don,t get jealous here but i just got another beauty on my hand today.All original Merc 600 and been in a show room since 1970.Now my Mark 78 can have a new friend

Okay I am jealous don't be hating on me Now i want to see a pic of you with the ol mans jacket that was hanging on the wall.I bet he does not give that up,probably bury him in it.Thats a challenge to see if you can fanagle him out of it.

lol,i know i been thinking about it.I have to make up a good story something like i not going to use the motor but still going to put it in a show room at the office and would like the jacket to go with the motor.if that don,t work maybe i just have to cry alot and make him feel bad enough so he will let it go.And if he call the police then i will go with the Merc only.Maybe someone can helpme with a good story.

Yes i got the Merc 600 home today.I also ask about the jacket but that is a no but he gave was nice to me a blue mercury outboard t-shirt which i have to come back for because i forgot to put it in the truck i was to busy check out all of his pic in the old days.as soon as i finish the stand for the engine i can take some pic to post.

Congrats on the new purchase. Looking forward to the pics.
