I'm painting my Invader orange deck white bottom and am looking for suggestions. The deck will be orange and thinking doing raised center portion of bow white along with center part of top. Should I maybe carry the orange down the sides?? Not a designer and can't use paint to get an idea.

I always suggest you do it stock; find a pic of the original model and follow that. It will be worth more and look authentic.

My 2 cents.

imo... The hard top should be white. The lower hull should be white and some of the bow white as well. Orange on the deck ot red would be cool. Trailer should be the same color as the deck or white and or fenders and rims.
Thats a cool finned boat with a hard top. I wish I had restored a boat like that when I did my p14.

take your time with your decision and post a better pic of the bow...Mike

EDIT: oH YEAH i SEE WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT THE Raised portion in the center of the top and it being white. That would be cool but what about having the top white and the center raised portion orange? Lets see a better pic of the bow...

\"too soon old,too late smart\" my pap

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.“
