P.T. : WELCOME to the site. . I will give you the LINK to a possible library mfg.. It is possible the company is called Arkansas TRAVELER, there are some model brochures up to 1962. With a big 115 hp motor could be late 60's. Is this a cuddy cabin style boat. ? Maybe the Panther model mid 60's. IMO as a 1st guess.
