TOPIC: Home at last

Hi gang!!
For those of you that don't know me, I'm Jerry Gilkeson, one of the original members. It's going to take some time to figure the board out, but it already feels like home. Peter sent me a note to move my message. Well OK.

Don't know what I can do, and can't, but I'll keep trying.

Jerry might be the only one here whose boat has been used in film productions. His Larson (above) was seen in the Coen Brothers "A Serious Man".
Perhaps he can share his experiences and point others in the same direction :~)

Well if you want to be a movie star you need an agent,

I have "Props on wheels" who gets cars and stuff for movies, commercials and stuff like that. There should be somebody like that around you, My 48 Plymouth was in a music video by a local artist "Dessa" google "Dixon's girl" to see it.



The Serious Man thing was great the Coen Brothers had the boat for a whole week (ya get paid by the day)

I also have a 68 Impala SS we have been playing with.



I have been working on a 59 Classic Barracuda we came out to California for a few years ago. Here's the power for it.



We got some catchin up to do I guess.

Jerry, the twin motors are sitting in my garage. I have given up on 'em. I have been concentrating the past 1 1/2 years on trying to meet my monthly mortgage and other bills. No money to goof around with these money pit motors.
