Got my copy chrome kit this pm. A lot to digest with the process. Will see how it goes.

I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes! I've read the manual, looks like a lot to learn, but could be well worth it.

After studying it last night and this am I decided to send it back. All the additional eguip and supplies needed doesn't make it cost effective. From power supply, polishing equip and supplies and flash copper kit for pot metal it isn't worth it. I'll stick to trying to re-do glass boats for now.

I wondered if you had the rest of the 'stuff' when you said that you had ordered it... There are a lot of things needed to do it. Luckily, I've already got a power supply, the polishing equipment, and most other things needed- All I'd really need is the chrome and copper kits- And the time!

Time was also a big factor. Space to properly set it up wouldn't work. I just have a 2 car garage with 1 car and kids power toys and all kind of stuff in it. My truck is banned and when I did my Owens in it, girlfriends car was also out.

I'm currently working on a way to get a chrome look for a couple of boat parts. It involves powder coat, but looks pretty good so far. Will have a final run tomorrow. Pic included
