TOPIC: Very cool 1961 boating article...

I got a copy of Science and Mechanics magazine from Feb. 1961. It has a VERY cool article in it showing what's new for 1961 in boating. I though that there might be some interest in it here-













It happens to have a Custom Craft in it- It's even the '61 Tiger Ray- Which I own!

I'm amazed how some times the experts and their predictions are so far off from what actually happened.

I love how "power reached a record high of 80 last year, and no one has topped that for 1961"...

Google Books has all the Popular Science mags online, and they are searchable! Lots of these type of articles there to read, and all the years are covered.
