It was a hard decision but we sold our Skagit 17 Express Cruiser just before Christmas and purchased this mostly original Skagit 20 Offshore Cruiser w/factory hardtop. It came with a 115 Merc that will need an appointment with the good doctor due to a badly damaged skeg and it looks like I will need to remove & clean carbs. Also waiting for a power tilt trim I landed off of eBay to arrive. So far we have just been cleaning old wax/polish residue and have started removing/resealing cabin windows. It is amazing how much room that extra 3 feet provides. It has it's original seating that contains a propane stove in the drop down door on the back of the starboard side seat and sink that is under the seat bottom of the port side seat.Interesting is the fact that we boat with several other people who have Skagit 20's and not one of them have the same cabin/deck layout. It appears as though each was custom made to the owners wishes. Hull plate & USCG certification Photo from Skagit anniversary a couple owners ago. Port side seat w/sink Starboard seat w/stove. these 2 were snapped in the previous owners driveway Rest stop at night and during monsoon rains.A well deserved rest after dealing with the last weekend of Christmas shoppers, Tacoma and Seattle I5 traffic and wicked rain.1/2 way home.

It it gonna be beautiful again, for sure.
I really like the color.
I have a Sabrecraft that is real close in color. Like yours, there is alot of it, inside and out.
Congratulations on the new purchase.

Thanks Neil,John. It already is looking better after a wash with a stiff solution of Spic-N-Span. Someone tried to polish/wax the whole hull at once instead of small areas.Since we agreed to buy Kanigo(as in "can I go")and before it made it to her new home parts have been arriving almost daily. The FedX driver and I are on a 1st name basis now.

I agree with John Melanie, what a beautiful cruiser. I bet you're going to have a gas with this one! Good luck with it.

WHOO HOOOO! Sweet boat, I absolutely love the color. Looks like it has everything for a few nights on the water.

Great boat.

That is a very cool package. I love the stove! May I suggest you find a vintage wrap or swap decals then find an old 60's in-line faceplate as they will go right on and look a little more in keeping with the vintage of the boat. An easy way to go stealth vintage/modern.
I really like the color too!

Yes the color and options were a big deciding feature. I like the way you think Randy. I'll have to talk to Thom about that.
