TOPIC: Glassline

Glassline 13 years 8 months ago #22649

I just bought a vacation house out in Lake Havasu, Ca from a sweet lady in her 70's whose husband died a couple years back. The house came with several toys, two of which are older boats and one of them is a for sure "Glassic" It is a 1962 Glassline made in Oceanside, CA. My wife and I fell in love with it immediately when we put it in the water, started it up on the first turn of the key and took it for a spin on the lake for the first time. It is in absolutely perfect condition, all original, garaged all it's years, but we have to get rid of it along with the other boat (a 1980 crestline in perfect condition as well)to make room for some of our toys. I just want to make sure it gets into the hands of someone that will appreciate it's beauty. I have no idea what it's worth. Any ideas?

I took a couple on my phone and they didn't come out too well.

Did they leave the paper work? Titles? (Boat and trailer) Are they in the folks that left it names. If they are both passed on it could be a problem.

Yes as part of the sale of the home, his wife, who is still alive, signed over all the titles to the boats, trailers etc and they are now in my name.
