I started this thread before any presents were open. Got a bunch of boating related stuff, a Kindle, other neat stuff, but the best present of all was finding out this morning we're gonna be grandparents! Wasn't expecting that! What a great day. We are truly blessed.

Man, couldn't be anymore excited. It's like all I can think about. How the heck am I supposed to sleep? Oh, that's right, John and I don't sleep much anyways eh John?

Got a few presents too - a neat little (maybe 1" square) clip-on deal that does temp, humidity, barometric pressure, weather forecast and time. Got a new ipod/cd/fm player with separate speakers for the bedroom, been wanting one for a while. Got those pants that have legs that zip on or off, gonna be plenty handy at the boat launch in the spring and fall. Got a Smart Wool sweater, couple pairs of Smart Wool winter socks, nice LL Bean plaid outdoors jacket, a Kindle (!), nice shirt, dress pants, newly released Jimi Hendrix package of 4 cd's and a DVD (Vodoo Child) with lots of unreleased material and some great pictures of Jimi through the years. More stuff, can't remember. Gonna be a grandfather....
