Hello - I just joined your site and it's great. Love seeing photos of the restored classics. I have a 1960 Dorsett San Juan which I'm thinking of selling (though seeing the pics here of what she could be turned into is making that a little harder to think about). I know this model has been prone to plywood rot in the hull and floor framing as well as the transom. Everything seems solid. It's been in fresh water only the last several years. Is there a way to know, short of cutting a hole in the floor, to check the status of the framing? - Also, if I do sell, I'd like to get an idea of what a fair price for it would be (I'm in Seattle). Any help, suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you much,
Brian - Seattle, WA
