Spotted at a boat service shop (R&R Marine) in middle Michigan, a '59 or '60 Speed Queen Cruisette. This is the largest model of Speed Queen (17'6") made by the Glastex Co. and the only other example Cruisette model I have found in five years besides the one owned by my family. My family's boat is "Jezebel" and this one is named "King of Queens". Anyone know of any other survivors?

Both the known boats have yellow gelcoat decks and are utilities without the deluxe option seating. My family's boat has Perko hardware, this one seems to have Jervis hardware and also the original safety glass windshield (which mine is missing). I am not sure about the originality of the glove box- my boat has an opening in the dash for a box but no box itself.
