Well I took it apart and have been side tracked with life so for now its waiting untill I get all the fiberglass supplies to put her back together. Thank you Neil. It is a 1986 long shaft. I bought it off a friend 600 miles away 10 months ago. Its a runner. There is even a video of this thing in action somewhere. The former owner updated to a brandnew evinrude. I was lucky enough to have bought it from him.
