TOPIC: Just an Idea ..

Im on a Automotive Forum and they have a Project Progress Thread where you can post what your restoring and keep giving updates .Some guys go into great detail with pics on what they did to add a certain part or fix this or that .It also takes some of the Mystery out of things for new people and they can see light at the end of the tunnel by following other peoples projects . Did anybody ever think about making that type of thread on here ?? Personnaly Ild love to see a Transom get put in with pics and explanations on each step and on different types of boats .It would be neat to see somebody rebuild and recover seats or install different types of say steering Ect.. Just an Idea ..

iboats.com has a nice forum like that. You can search and is a very helpful tool. I agree, I would like to see one on this site more geared to Glassics.

Thanks Mark .. Thats not a bad one . Ive got a CV16 and the Carlson thats just Pre Glastron ..My CV has a good transom but it worrys me if I ever had to replace it . Lots of Curves . Theres a guy on there with a GT thats pretty close to a CV ..He is doing the Transom with pics .. Yup Looks like a Nightmere ...L.O.L...I love that CV thow ..

Here is an excellent example with step by step pics and videos. I was hooked when he was doing it check everyday for updates. Very, Very good info.
