TOPIC: scott atwater

i went with a friend today to look at a Jeep hard top.
He was wheeling on the top, I look over next to the garage...see a pile of outboard parts lying there.

I take a peek it is twin cyclinder Scott Atwater disassembled.
I asked what was up with it, said a guy gave it to him hadn't put in the garage yet....

told me i could have it for $20.

We loaded the top and well, since it wasn't a Mercury it slipped my mind ......until i got back home...

I have a 54-58? Scott Atwater 10 that was on my boat when I bought it. It isnt froze upn or any thing but I have no use for it. I think a carb cleaning and a new impeller and it would be a good motor. I seen an impeller for it on ebay for it.

think if i go to town Friday I may call him up and see if i can stop by and see if it is all there....
only concern is no bolts to put it back together.

I saw some impellers on eBAY to..like $65,,,high $$
