TOPIC: Sea Fury from 1957?

Sea Fury from 1957? 14 years 1 week ago #15858

Photos of the boat

I need to know if this really is a Sea Fury from 1957/1958?

I suspect the boat's a Sea Fury since the logo says "Seafur" (the "y" is cut off to suggest the boat would be a Swedish produced boat called "Sea Fun"). The brand Sea Fun is probably a copy af the Sea Fury.

The boat is very similar to the Sea Fury and similar to two other boats (Sea Furys without the fins)I have found in Sweden, except from a few details. Strange thing is that all copies of the Swedisih produced boat "Sea Fun" do have fins, which, suggests to me that this boat can be one of a kind?

Welcome aboard MrSimon. Have you checked out the Glassic Library yet? There are some pretty good pics of 57-58 Sea Furys under that section:

Very nice looking boat you have there, BTW.
