TOPIC: Anyone set up their runabout for scuba diving?

I dragged home a 1968 Fabuglas Sea Gull (18' closed bow runabout) adorned with a 1966 Evinrude Starflite 100. After some wrenching, bad language and thinner wallet it would appear that the old Evinrude is a runner (I'll know for sure tomorrow afternoon) so that means it's time to work on the amenities.

The seats are out of a minivan, so those need to go, and I like the idea of a Bimini top. And the relatively open floor plan make it a good candidate for my scuba diving boat. It needs tank racks and good stout ladder at a minimum. Wondering if any of you guys have set up a little boat with scuba as it's primary function and if you had any clever ideas.
