TOPIC: Glasspar citation

Howdy folks,
Been a while since I was here and I have a question. I am looking at a Citation with an Evinrude 100S on it. I believe it is a 1968. That is the year of the motor and from the brochure section it looks to be a late 60s model. My question is did this boat have glass stringers? The floor is rotted through but is bow down. The transom appears solid ,not mushy and sounds good when knocking on it. The rest of the boat is in great shape. Good glass,good hardware,built in fuel tank. Crappy seats,but all there.
