TOPIC: Looking at identifying and pricing this Taylor jet

Hello there. This boat belonged to my uncle, bought back in 2012. Trying to identify its make (Uncle said it was a custom made Taylor 21"), bought in Zambia, then it got fixed in South Africa. Has a chevy V8. My father sold it in 2020 much to the horror of my uncle. Then my father passed away and my uncle now is claiming from the estate an absurd amount of money for it. I am trying to establish what a fair price would be for such a boat. Would really love it if someone could enlighten me or point me in a direction to where I can establish said value!
