TOPIC: 1980 Ebbtide Dyna-Trak 160 Tri-V

I have a 1980 Ebbtide Dyna-Trak 160 Tri-V bass boat come into my possession. It needs some care to get it back as it should be. The previous owner drilled a hole in the floor to pit a seat just adjacent to the helm, which has let some water into the foam below the deck. seeing's how this is a 42 y/o boat, not much info available anywhere. It has a coupe soft spots in the floor/deck as well. Looks like it will be getting replaced as well as probably the stringers, and probably the transom while I'm at it. Any advice, or encouragement is appreciated. Oh by the way, when it comes to fiberglass, I am most defiantly a rookie. no experience whats so ever...just sayin'
