It is a very nice boat. Nothing wrong with it as far as I know, at least when I sold it to them.
Guessing like most boat owners who buy their first boat, (was nice but now I need bigger!) or the intention was to run it for the summer and then sell.
More power to them if they get a sale. The boat is parked on a major highway in the heart of tourist country so there should be lots of stoppers. Best time right now for a sale because by the end of October in this area the tourists all go home after fall color. Then it goes back in the barn.
