Found this on Craigslist locally. About 7 miles away. Guy had rewired and put in new coils, points, condensers, water impeller etc but couldn't get it to fire up on both cylinders. Was finally disgusted with it and just wanted to get rid of it. $50. later I brought it home, checked it out. Compression is 98 in both cylinders, everything was re-wired properly except he routed the cutoff wire under the flywheel and it wore through the insulation and was shorting out. Runs like a dream and a bonus is the brass prop.
