These should be your carb parts:

Floats are part #2 in the diagram, I'd also recommend replacing the fuel inlet needle & seat in each carb (#6 in the diagram).
Typically all the gaskets you'd need to reassemble the carbs are in the 1399-3523 Gasket Set, towards the bottom of the page.
Fuel pump parts for the old-style multiple pumps:

Unless your check valves are shot, all you should need is a diaphragm kit for each pump:

On the off-chance you have a single fuel pump, here are those parts:

BTW if you should happen to have a brass jet in the float bowl cover, those are known as "vent jets" and per Mercury TSB should be removed. This is part of the "Back Drag" system which leans out the mixture at mid-throttle, for better fuel economy. Unfortunately, this led to burnt pistons from too-lean mixture on a lot of Inlines. Plug the hose where it connects to the carb. Some mechanics stuff a BB in the hose and then hook it back up, which seals the system quite securely. What you don't want is to leave the carb-end disconnected, as it'll cause a vacuum leak. Check out the inset diagram of the float bowl cover on this page; the jet is #11 in the diag and the hose is #12.
