Welcome aboard Mike. Go to the Wefcorubber.com site. they pretty much have anything you need, if not send them a piece and they will make it.

I've seen it for less, @$30 + @$5 for shipping, but cant find my bookmark....

If you have the old nasty rubrail insert, you can cut a short piece and send it to Wefco to match.

I'll load you up with some pictures, you can decide. There is a picture of the trim that I'm going to put on my Shell Lake Rocket.

The pictures should be large enough so you can zoom in and look at some of the designs. Got mine from a local auto paint supplier. Average 16' runabout should take about 35' of trim. I've used this for years and never had any separation from the hull unless it got really banged and scraped by a wayward dock. Comes in 50 foot rolls so there is plenty left to bling up a trailer or anything else. Use a heat gun or hair dryer to make sharp bends.

Thanks guys, I've been a wooden boat guy until I ran across this nice old '62 Holiday with a big twin 35. Pretty good condition, but the seats and rubber trim pieces are in bad shape from the sun and weather over the years. It's bottoms up right now, but should be done with that and roll it and start on the deck next week. Kind of a nice change to work on this after the rather heavy CC inboard style boats, this is a lot easier to move around and roll. Gonna need some material for the step pads too, but I haven't even look for that yet, should be able to find it in a sheet and cut to size, I would guess.
