TOPIC: Someone knows this boat?

Hello everyone,

first of all, thanks for accepting me in this community.

I would need a little help , I am the owner of a boat, "LA Ra.ya" (or that puts the rudder) I found a model which could be called "The Ra.YA dolce vita" ,now I'm restoring almost full, then I would like to get as the original model, with parts to be possible original or similar, but that model is not, despite having searched all kinds of forums and even contacting the factory . Its peculiarities are:

- Has the rudder on the port side.
- The bow area and other areas are teak.
- The structure is of a reddish mahogany or cherry wood maybe (perhaps another, I'll go to ask a cabinetmaker).
- In its documentation (can be modified by any port authority) the length are 11 ft, the beam are 3.3 ft and prop are 2 ft.

someone could help me to know the exact model glastron I have? I'm new to this guild so if anyone has any advice for restoration, will be welcome

Your pics are probably to large they need to be resized to a smaller version, then they should post properly.

Yes, my problem was that my images are so big...

Make the pictures about 1000 pixels. Go the the "browse" button on the bottom of your post, find the picture that you resized and saved and the you can submit it. To post multiple pictures click on the "edit" button on your original post and repeat the "browse" thing.

probably yes, the boat is in Spain but can not get no information about it, how little is so far, is that there are only 2 similar in the world.

Great hull line should be a great project. It may just be a Spanish made boat.

Yes, I think it only manufactured in Spain, and there are only two (that I know) I'll keep looking invalidation to restore it, someone gives me some advice on restoring wood? Thanks!
