I have the frame work for a convertible top on my '71 MFG Carefree and a wife who sews. Where can I find info on what needs to be sewn? Is it sewn around the frame so it slips on and slips off?

Also, I don't have any clips on my windshield, just one snap centered on the deck right in the middle and in front of the windshield, then 3 snaps on the gunnels on each side, and a couple in the back. But the framework and side fittings for it are there, and I have the frame work attached.

I can't imagine this would be difficult for Gail to do, as she is an accomplished seamstress, but I can not find anything on the web or any of these forums to help.
