It looks like a 16ft Switzer made in Crystal lake Ill. by 2 brothers, they are a very good boat,they were known for the speed,, Rare no, but a good boat,I did a 13 1/2 for me to run on this lake I am on it a stable ride,,Looks like this one might be a electric shift,,cant tell and that is some thing I don't care for but some do,good luck Bill This is my SWitzer shooting star,, these are a wood boat in this era

(Nice find on the boat too as its a keeper) "The Playboy is the Shooting Star deck with the Holiday hull. The hull is more user friendly than the flat bottom Shooting Star hull".
