Don't know a lot about them but there was a company named Shasta in Redding Ca in the 70's and 80's. Check the back of the boat for a Hull Identification number. If it was made after 1972 it should have one. It will be in the upper right corner of the transom. Should be 12 digits and start with SAZ or SHT. Also if you have the registration from the previous owner there may be an HIN on the paperwork. Nice looking boat. Definitely a "glassic"
