Terry, In the process of sanding a brush painted surface off this week, then repainting. My goal for a water dip is August! She'll be there in spirit, and Bill and I will be there to chat and see the awesome Midwestern Fiberglassics that show up. Hope there's NO RAIN!!

I heard from the organizers at the boat club today and they are trying to get an idea of how many boats may show up. They want to be sure to have enough brats and burgers and soda.

Hi Terry,

I and Bob will be bringing my tempest.

Dean has a new truck and wants to bring grandpas green boat.

My brother Dave is here now and wants to take his Lone star Malibu back to Iowa with him, so if we get the trailer fixed up he may bring it running or not. And friends from Iowa as well.

I will know better in a week, we have a lot of work to do.

I'm looking forward to seeing video Bob again, Is he bringing a boat?

Hope we have a good turn out. Is Byron coming?

Hey Terri, I did not plan well, so I will have to wait until next year. Sure looks like I will miss the fun. Would there be an alternate rain date in case the rain forecast up by me makes it down to the border?? For everyone's sake, I hope it is nice with no rain. Be safe traveling everyone and have fun!

Got some pictures from the All Classics event to share. Also want to thank everyone that came out and we missed those folks that could not make it.

Bands of violent storms moved through the Midwest on Saturday and apparently the weather dampened our turnout. Between the raindrops we still had lots of fun just hanging out and enjoying some cool old boats.

Thanks for the great pictures. Get well everyone...this will be on my calendar for 2017. We did miss seeing our newest friends and missed making new friends. The great people behind these boats really make this a fun hobby.

It was good to see everyone at the show and chat with friends. Always great boat history stories! Billnan is a wealth of info of vintage boats across the country, we enjoyed our talk. Terryd, we appreciate your reviews and updates, especially the pictures! The storms later that evening were not fun, never can tell about our wild midwest weather. Looking forward to the next event where friends and fiberglass meet!
