The New Year finds us with an exciting new restoration project, and finally after 6 years a website for Vintage Boatworks.

We are really happy to have the opportunity to restore, yet another, 1959 Glastron Seaflite Seville. This very rare boat arrived from Sacramento in December and has been stripped of all moldings and hardware, and the cabin top separated from the deck & hull. We have filled the 154 holes that came with the boat :S We are busy sanding, grinding, and filling all the imperfections.

And finally, a website. I'm not really tech savvy, but found a site with free templates, and an opportunity to put together a free website. We've owned the domain name for years. The site said that I should have my website up and running in a day or so, haha !!!
Well over 100 hours later, here it is.

Check it out!!

Thanks everyone !!!

Mark, We look forward to this Seville being just as nice as the purple one. It's pretty cool when you can drag an old boat to a Classic Car Show and win the Peoples Choice Award.

Bill, Always a pleasure doing business with you, Thanks.

...on the Vintage Boatworks website. When customers see not only the finished product but the process as well, they will see a top shelf restoration worthy of taking a second look, and all the different services your shop can provide. Very nice.

Look forward to seeing John's Seaflite when done. Hopefully John will show her off at some of our local events we participate in.

Just want to say that with Larry and the Vintage Boatworks is wonderful to do business. Larry is a super cool person and Jody and Larry are simply nice folks. Keep up the good work my friend.

Nice site, beautiful work. Did you ever finish up on the Herters? My little project a few years ago.

Bruce, gotta admire the restore and paint job. I didn't have all the ambition and took a shortcut. Still have some parts if you need them, Mag, shift linkages etc.

Thanks, Everyone !!!!

Cal, My Herters project is, again, on hold. Can't get any time to finish my own projects, but, won't complain about being busy.

Haha Bruce, I think it's a bit more than a rumor.
Bruce has done a fabulous job of restoring the Evinrude that will power the 59' Seville that we are restoring. ;)
